Rogers Communications has begun taking orders for the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone, a new model with a physical keyboard.
Rogers didn't provide an exact date for when the Q10 would be available, but says it has started taking reservations from new customers.
The smartphones are expected to be at Rogers stores and dealers across Canada in the coming weeks.
The company didn't give a full range of prices, but says there will be a model priced at $199.99 on select three-year contracts.
Rogers will be in competition with other Canadian carriers including Bell and Telus.
Rogers says it will be the first to offer the Q10 on a 2,600 MHz LTE spectrum network, which the company has said will be expanded to 44 new markets this spring.
